Welcome to World Radios! These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of the World Radios mobile application ("App") and any related services ("Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using World Radios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the Service
World Radios provides users with access to live radio stations from around the world. We do not own or control the content broadcasted by third-party radio stations.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
- You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App.
- If you contribute content (e.g., suggest stations), you grant us the right to use and display such content within the App.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content within the App are the property of their respective owners. World Radios does not claim ownership over third-party radio station content.
5. Third-Party Services
- The App streams radio stations that are owned and operated by third parties.
- We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or content of any third-party stations.
- Your interactions with third-party services (including ads) are at your own risk.

7. Subscription & Lifetime Purchase
7.1 Subscription Plan
- World Radios Premium is available as a monthly subscription.
- Subscription provides ad-free access and unlocks casting and recording features.
- The subscription automatically renews every month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Payments are processed through Google Play Billing.
7.2 Lifetime Purchase
- Users can choose to pay a one-time fee for lifetime access to all premium features.
- The lifetime plan does not expire and includes all future updates and features at no additional cost.
7.3 Cancellation & Refunds
- Users can manage or cancel their monthly subscription via Google Play Store settings.
- Google Play’s refund policies apply; refunds are typically not provided for already processed payments.
- The lifetime purchase is non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability of radio stations.
- Accuracy or reliability of third-party content.
- That the App will be free from errors or interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

- Provide and improve the App experience.
- Process subscriptions and lifetime purchases.
- Display relevant advertisements (for free users).
3. Subscription & Lifetime Purchase Data
When you subscribe to World Radios Premium or purchase the lifetime access plan, the following data is handled:
- Subscription and payment details are managed by Google Play Billing.
- We do not store or have access to your payment information.
- If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle.
- If you purchase lifetime access, your features remain unlocked permanently.
4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Ad Networks
The free version of the App displays ads from third-party networks such as:
- Google AdMob
These providers may collect device information for personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
4.2 Analytics
We use tools like Google Firebase to analyze user interactions and improve the App.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, no system is 100% secure.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, we may share non-personal, aggregated data with partners to improve the App.
7. User Choices & Controls
- Ad-Free Subscription: You can remove ads by subscribing to our premium version or purchasing lifetime access.
- Opting Out of Ads: You can disable personalized ads via Google Play Services settings.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes agreement to the updated policy.
9.1 Requesting Data Deletion
If you wish to have your personal data (such as nickname, age, gender, or chat history) removed from our systems, you may submit a request by contacting us at [email protected]. Please include your nickname and the country you entered in the app so we can locate your data.
Once verified, we will permanently delete your data within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7 business days.
